This role involves working collaboratively with various agencies to ensure that children are protected and supported in a safe environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing care plans that prioritize children's safety and wellbeing. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including schools, health services, and law enforcement. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with safeguarding policies. Providing support and guidance to families to promote positive outcomes for children.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized qualification in Social Work (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Demonstrated experience in child protection and safeguarding practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
