As a member of our Assessment Team, you will be responsible for:

  • Participating in multi-agency meetings to ensure a coordinated approach to safeguarding.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work) and current registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in children’s social work, particularly in assessment and safeguarding.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in child protection and welfare.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload.
