We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Children’s Occupational Therapist to support children and young people in achieving greater independence, participation and confidence in their daily lives. You will complete comprehensive occupational therapy assessments, identify functional needs and develop person-centred intervention plans in partnership with children, families, schools and other professionals. Your work will focus on practical outcomes across areas such as self-care, play, learning, mobility, sensory processing and participation at home and in educational settings.

Responsibilities will include providing evidence-based therapy, recommending appropriate equipment or environmental adaptations, contributing to risk assessments and reviewing progress regularly. You will offer advice, training and guidance to parents, carers and education staff, helping them implement strategies that promote development and inclusion. You will maintain accurate, timely clinical records, prepare clear reports and contribute to safeguarding, service improvement and multidisciplinary meetings.
