The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., DipSW, BA/MA Social Work).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ post-qualifying experience in child protection or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complex situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, families, and professionals.
