Adult's SW - Assessment Team - Nottingham
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Adult Social Worker to join our Assessment Team in Nottingham. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of adults in need of care and support.

- Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated service delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in adult social work, particularly in assessment and care planning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload.
