Adult's SW - MH Team - East Sussex
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Social Work - Mental Health Team in East Sussex. This role is essential in providing high-quality support to adults with mental health needs, ensuring they receive the care and assistance required to improve their quality of life. You will be part of a dynamic team committed to promoting mental well-being and empowering individuals to achieve their goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments of clients' needs and risks, developing tailored care plans.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated support services.
- Providing direct social work interventions and therapeutic support to clients.
- Monitoring and reviewing care plans to ensure they meet evolving client needs.
- Advocating for clients' rights and facilitating access to necessary resources.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working with adults with mental health issues.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to develop comprehensive support plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to collaborative working.
