We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Manager to lead our Adult Mental Health and Emergency Duty Service in East Sussex, offering a competitive rate of £47 per hour. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to adults experiencing mental health challenges. You will be responsible for managing a dynamic team, driving best practices, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Adult Mental Health and Emergency Duty Service. Providing leadership and support to a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Ensuring the effective assessment and management of risk for service users. Implementing and monitoring service delivery standards to meet local and national guidelines. Engaging with stakeholders and partners to enhance service provision and community engagement.To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A relevant social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Significant experience in adult mental health services, including crisis intervention. Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
