  • Providing support and guidance to foster carers, helping them navigate challenges and celebrate successes.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in children’s social work, particularly in fostering or adoption settings.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in complex situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to working with children and families.
