Join our dedicated Community Learning Disability Team in Salford as an Adults Advanced Practitioner. We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to lead and support our efforts in providing high-quality care and services to adults with learning disabilities. To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
