Qualified Social Worker (QSW)

- Working collaboratively with families, schools, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Providing direct support and guidance to children and young people, encouraging their personal development.
- Maintaining accurate case records and documentation in compliance with local authority policies.
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience working within a children’s social care environment, particularly in corporate parenting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
