As a Qualified Social Worker in our Children’s Team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing care plans in partnership with families and other professionals. Managing a caseload effectively while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Providing support and guidance to families to promote the safety and well-being of children. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to safeguarding processes.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A degree in Social Work and current registration with Social Work England. Experience in children's social work, particularly in assessment and intervention. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with children and families. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
