To be successful in this role, you will need the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized degree in Social Work and registration with the relevant professional body.
  • Demonstrable experience in adult social work, particularly within integrated care and public health settings.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills with the ability to develop tailored care plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to client-centered practice.
