We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Adult's Partnership Lead to join our Safeguarding Team in Slough. This pivotal role requires a passionate individual who is committed to enhancing the lives of vulnerable adults through effective partnership working and safeguarding practices. You will lead a team of qualified social workers and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that the highest standards of care and protection are maintained.

As the Adult's Partnership Lead, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing the Safeguarding Team to ensure effective service delivery.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different sectors and organizations.
