  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of services.
  • Documenting casework accurately and maintaining up-to-date records in line with policies.

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in child protection and working with families in a social work setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills, with a commitment to safeguarding children.
