Early Intervention Officer

  • Facilitating access to community resources and services, including educational and health-related support.
  • Monitoring progress and outcomes of intervention plans, adjusting strategies as necessary.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Current social work licensure in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Experience in early intervention, child welfare, or family support services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
