The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Extensive experience in children's social work, particularly in child protection and looked-after children.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships with children and families.
