The Team will be Child Safeguarding BUT without Court Work
The team is established with a great management structure and manageable case load
A high level of support and supervision is available.
There is free parking, free tea and coffee and high level of training from our workforce development team for all social workers including agency.
Duty week is 1:8 weeks and cases transfer at first hearing so social workers are not carrying court work
