  • Deliver family‑led, strengths‑based interventions under Child in Need, Child Protection, and care proceedings
  • Lead multi‑agency work and strategy discussions, applying clear thresholds (Section 17/47) and robust risk assessments
  • Produce timely, child‑centred analysis and high‑quality recording that drives safe, proportionate outcomes

What you'll bring

  • Qualified Social Worker, SWE registered, ASYE completed
  • Confident practice across statutory settings; professional curiosity, strong safeguarding and risk analysis
  • Excellent communication, partnership working, and court‑standard written skills
