The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., DipSW, BA Social Work, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience working in mental health settings. Strong assessment and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
