We are seeking a passionate and qualified social worker to provide essential support and intervention services to vulnerable children and their families, ensuring their safety and well-being within the community.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs and risks faced by children and families. Developing, implementing, and reviewing care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Providing direct support and guidance to children and families, including crisis intervention and counseling. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with statutory requirements. Working collaboratively with multi-agency teams to ensure a holistic approach to service delivery.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
A valid Social Work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families.
