We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Children's Social Worker to join our Multi-Agency Team in Oldham. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and families in need.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

  • Conducting assessments and developing care plans for children at risk
  • Working collaboratively with other agencies to ensure the safety and well-being of children
  • Participating in case conferences and reviews to monitor progress and make recommendations
  • Providing support and guidance to families to promote positive outcomes
  • Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of interventions and outcomes

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • Qualified Social Worker with a valid HCPC registration
  • Experience working in a similar role within a children's services setting
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a multi-agency framework
