  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with children and families, particularly in a youth offending or social care setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
