  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, DipSW).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Demonstrable experience in adult social work, particularly within a locality team setting.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
