The London Borough of Sutton is seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's Looked After - Child Protection (LP - CP) Team. As a Qualified Social Worker in our LP - CP Team, you will be responsible for a diverse range of duties, including:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working within a children's social work setting, particularly in child protection and looked after children.
  • Strong assessment, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
