  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Engaging with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participating in training and development initiatives to enhance team capacity and service quality.

To be considered for this role, you must possess a relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent), be registered with Social Work England, and have substantial experience in adult social care. Essential skills include strong communication and interpersonal abilities, critical thinking, and a deep understanding of safeguarding practices. A commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for improving outcomes for adults with care and support needs are also vital.
