We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children’s TM - CIC Team in Rotherham. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of children in care. You will work collaboratively with children, families, and professionals to provide the highest standard of support and intervention. Key responsibilities include:
Conducting assessments and developing care plans tailored to the individual needs of children and their families. Building strong relationships with children, ensuring their voices are heard and their rights are respected. Working with multi-disciplinary teams to provide holistic support and effective service delivery. Managing a caseload of children in care, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and best practice standards. Providing support and guidance to foster carers and adoptive families.To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Experience in children’s social work, particularly with children in care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
