  • Maintaining accurate and timely records in compliance with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (Degree in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in adult social care and knowledge of relevant legislation.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a compassionate approach to service delivery.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a varied caseload.
