We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Children with Disabilities (CWD) Team in Ashford, Kent. As a Social Worker in the CWD Team, you will be responsible for a variety of key tasks including:
- Conducting assessments and developing care plans tailored to the needs of children with disabilities.
- Working collaboratively with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children.
- Providing support and guidance to families, helping them navigate available resources and services.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A relevant Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working with children with disabilities and their families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures.
