Join our dedicated team in Worcestershire as an Adults Social Worker specializing in Adult Safeguarding. We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual who is committed to promoting the wellbeing and safety of vulnerable adults within our community. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing safeguarding interventions, ensuring that the rights and dignity of individuals are upheld at all times.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of adults at risk, identifying their needs and potential risks. Developing and implementing safeguarding plans in collaboration with service users and other professionals. Providing guidance and support to individuals and families regarding safeguarding issues. Working closely with multi-agency partners to coordinate effective safeguarding responses. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with legal and organizational standards.To succeed in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A relevant social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registered with Social Work England. Experience in adult safeguarding or related fields. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
