Social Worker - Children and Families

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our dynamic Children and Families team. This role is pivotal in supporting vulnerable children and their families, ensuring their well-being and access to essential services. As a Social Worker, you will work collaboratively with families, schools, and community organizations to provide interventions, resources, and advocacy, promoting positive outcomes for children in need.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families.
  • Developing and implementing individualized service plans.
  • Providing counseling and support to children and families facing challenges.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and services.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of casework activities.
  • Advocating for children’s rights and ensuring their voices are heard.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
  • Current social work licensure in the state of practice.
  • Demonstrated experience in child welfare or family services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in child welfare.
