Liverpool- Advance Practitioner- Fostering Kinship Assessment Team-

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough assessments of kinship care arrangements, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practice standards.
- Providing expert guidance and support to social work staff, fostering a culture of learning and development within the team.
- Collaborating with multi-agency partners to develop and implement effective care plans for children.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Significant post-qualifying experience in children's social work, particularly in fostering or kinship care.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build effective relationships with children, families, and professionals.
