Lancashire- Social Worker- CP/CIN Team

We are seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our Child Protection/Child in Need (CP/CIN) Team in Lancashire. - Conducting assessments and developing care plans to address the needs of children and families.
- Working with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure effective service delivery and safeguarding measures.
- Providing support and guidance to families, helping them to navigate challenges and access resources.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
- Participating in court proceedings as necessary, providing expert testimony and recommendations.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working within a Child Protection or Children in Need context.
- Strong assessment, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, managing a varied caseload.
