As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing tailored care plans that promote the well-being and safety of children. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with legislative and organizational standards.To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
