  • A valid Social Work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
