  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals' needs and strengths.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working within adult mental health services, demonstrating a strong understanding of relevant legislation and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users and their families.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, along with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
