Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and strengths of young adults. Developing and implementing personalized support plans that empower young adults to achieve their goals. Building strong relationships with young adults, families, and other professionals to facilitate effective service delivery. Providing guidance and support in areas such as housing, education, employment, and mental health. Monitoring and reviewing progress, ensuring that interventions are effective and responsive to changing needs.To be successful in this position, you will need the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current Social Work England registration. Experience working with young adults and an understanding of the challenges they face. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
