To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., DipSW, CQSW, or equivalent).
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Significant experience in children's social work, particularly in child protection and care planning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
