Caritas Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Senior Practitioner to join Croydon's Family Assessment Team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking local authority where relationship-based and systemic practice are at the heart of supporting children and families.
The Role
As a Senior Practitioner, you will provide practice leadership within the team while managing complex cases and supporting positive outcomes for children and families. You'll act as a role model for best practice, mentoring colleagues and contributing to high-quality assessments, interventions, and care planning.

Social Work England registeredQualified Social WorkerSignificant experience within Children's ServicesStrong assessment, safeguarding and care planning skillsExcellent analytical and report-writing abilitiesExperience supporting or mentoring colleaguesDesirable:
