  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, external agencies, and stakeholders to provide holistic support.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Demonstrated experience in children's social work, particularly within a CIC setting.
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation and safeguarding practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
