Herefordshire Council is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Safeguarding Team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate and timely records, ensuring all documentation is up to date and complies with local policies.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Significant experience in adult safeguarding and social work practice.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in adult safeguarding.
