As a Qualified Social Worker, you will work collaboratively with families, schools, and other agencies to ensure that children receive the support they need to thrive.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective care plans in partnership with children, families, and relevant professionals. Providing ongoing support and intervention to families, ensuring their voices are heard and respected. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with legal and organizational standards. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to strategic planning for child welfare.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in child protection and safeguarding practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse families.
