We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Adult Social Care team in Doncaster. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of adults in need of support. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of individuals, developing care plans, and facilitating access to services that enhance their well-being and independence.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals' social care needs. Developing, implementing, and reviewing personalized care plans. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. Providing emotional support and guidance to clients and their families. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with local policies and procedures.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized Social Work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Demonstrated experience in adult social work, preferably in a community setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
