We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Child Protection (CP) Team in Doncaster. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, ensuring they are protected from harm and receive the support they need to thrive.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing tailored intervention plans in partnership with families and other professionals. Working collaboratively with multi-agency teams to ensure effective service delivery. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with local and national guidelines. Providing support and guidance to families, empowering them to make positive changes.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience working within a Child Protection setting. Strong assessment and analytical skills.
