  • Managing a caseload effectively, ensuring timely and accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to strategy discussions.
  • Providing support and guidance to families, helping them to access services and resources.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in children's social work, particularly within safeguarding.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload.
