As a member of our Safeguarding Team, you will be responsible for:

  • Assessing the needs and risks of adults in vulnerable situations.
  • Developing and implementing safeguarding plans in collaboration with service users and their families.
  • Conducting investigations into safeguarding concerns and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Working closely with multi-agency partners to promote best practices in safeguarding.
  • Providing support and guidance to colleagues and other professionals in safeguarding matters.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in adult safeguarding and knowledge of relevant legislation.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse populations.
