Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with legal and organizational requirements.
  • Participating in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of service delivery.

To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with children and families, particularly those with disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in children's social work.
