Social Worker - Assessment and Care Delivery - Liverpool

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Assessment and Care Delivery team in Liverpool.   • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing a caseload effectively.
