To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in child protection and working with children in need.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
