An experienced and committed Children’s Social Worker is sought to join an Early Intervention Team supporting children, young people and families to achieve positive and lasting outcomes. Working within a strengths-based, child-centred approach, you will assess needs, identify risks and coordinate effective support at the earliest opportunity. Your responsibilities will include completing high-quality assessments, developing and reviewing care and support plans, undertaking direct work with children and families, and monitoring progress against agreed outcomes. You will contribute to safeguarding enquiries, attend and prepare for professional meetings, maintain accurate and timely case records, and ensure that children’s voices, wishes and feelings remain central to decision-making. In return, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a supportive early intervention service and make a meaningful difference to local families.
