The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in child protection and safeguarding practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children and families.
  • Ability to manage a caseload effectively while meeting deadlines.
